At Organic Basics, we want you to feel good in what you wear. If your eco-friendly essentials aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original sustainable packaging to minimize waste and ensure the product remains protected.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
